In a lovely saphire blue, this Rainbow Dust ProGel Blue Food Colouring can be mixed as dark or as light as you like when added to white icing. Its bake-stable formula keeps its bright colour even after baking, making it the ideal choice for colouring cake batter.
Easy-squeeze bottle
Easy to use and highly concentrated (so you only need to use the smallest amount), simply squeeze and stir into your cake batter, buttercream or icing (Renshaw's Personalise Me Plain Icing is ideal) and watch as they pop with vibrant colour. And if you want to use them for ‘painting’ on bright details, you can – just mix them with a little alcohol and use a food-safe brush to apply.

Ordered this as Navy blue but it is called Sapphire. Hoping it’s going to be dark enough, but disappointed it is different to what I ordered. I have used this make before and it is easy to use.
