"Use defrost function on microwave" star star star star star I tried this melting pot on full power and this just resulted in burnt chocolate. Today , I have worked how to melt a full bar of chocolate. If you use the defrost function on your microwave- I used it for about 7 minutes, I had churros in the air fryer for about eight minutes (they were ones I had made and reheated from frozen) but I just put the chocolate on defrost for the 7 minutes, I checked it half way through and then right at end gave it a 10 second blast on full power and this worked well. This is the first time I have managed to successfully melt chocolate in the pot
"Fantastic Little Pot!" star star star star star I found it very easy to melt chocolate in a variation of 10-15 second bursts as well as stirring to make sure all chocolate is melting. It makes melting chocolate so much more easier than boiling hot water. Super easy to clean too! Absolutely worth £2.99!!
"Chocolate melting pot" star star_border star_border star_border star_border This is the first time I have been disappointed with a Lakeland product. I microwaved the chocolate in 10 second bursts but some of it did not melt and the rest of it got too hot and became grainy. I had to resort to the tried and tested method of a bowl over water. As for turning it inside out for cleaning I defy anyone to do this. Do not waste your money on this product. support_agent A note from the team We’re very sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations and have already been in touch to sort this for you. You don’t need to turn it inside out -you can just run it under hot water.
