Compatible with all KitchenAid Stand Mixers*, this Ice Shaver accessory turns a block of solid ice into light and fluffy shavings or crunchier, heavier flakes in 60 seconds. With the interchangeable fine and coarse blades included, you can customise your ice to create any number of frozen delights to enjoy at any time.
And as fun as watching the snowflake-like pieces of ice falling into your dish may be, you don’t just want a bowl of frozen water to eat – there are so many ways to go from here: use syrups, fruit juices, or sauces to create frozen desserts that literally melt in your mouth, sorbets packed with real fruit, and refreshingly chilled drinks to keep you cool on the hottest of days.
