Quality

Made from heavy-duty 1mm thick carbon steel – thicker than most you can buy – they’ve been given a double layer of Quantum 2 professional non-stick and are oven safe up to 240°C. And because there are no rolled edges where water can get trapped and cause damage, they can go straight in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.

Performance

Offering superb heat distribution, so all your bakes will be evenly cooked through, they also have a handy fill lines on the inside, so you’ll know exactly when to stop adding your mixture for a perfect tin-filling rise. Generous handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make getting them in and out of the oven easy and they’re designed to stack neatly for space-saving storage.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
