Easy-Read Digital Display
The split-screen digital display makes it easy to measure two ingredients at once, giving you the weight from both the small and large platforms at the same time. Switch from metric to imperial measures to suit your recipe, so you can cook from a modern recipe or from your granny’s notebook with equal ease. Not just for dry ingredients, you can measure liquids too, easily switching to ml or litres at the touch of a button. Large scale weighs up to 5kg and the small scale weighs up to 500g.
Add and Weigh Functions
At any point, you can press the ‘Tare’ button to zero the display, making it easy to use any kind of mixing bowl and to add the next ingredient without the need for mental maths or the risk of a muddle.

I loved the idea of having scales that could add weights as you go. Also, the fact that you had the added bonus of the smaller scale for lower weights is a fantastic addition. I am still having to refer to instructions every time i use them though as they are not as simple as you would expect to use. If this was simpler i would've given it 5*.
