Lakeland Blue 12 Hole Shallow Bun Tin
Product number: 33106
Whether you’re making jam tarts, fairy cakes or mince pies, they’ll turn out perfectly every time from our premium quality bun tin.
Quality
With two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick, you can be sure that whatever you’re baking will be easily released from this heavy-duty 1mm thick carbon steel tin. Thicker than most you can buy, it’s also free from rolled or uncoated edges where water can get trapped so can go straight in the dishwasher when you’re all baked out.
Performance
Oven safe up to 240°C with excellent heat distribution for uniform baking and generously sized handles with sure-grip silicone inserts mean getting it in and out of the oven is effortless too.
No rolled edges
The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
37 x 24 x 1.5cm H. (including handles).

This bun tray is great for home made jam tarts. I can put a little jam in so that it doesn't boil over and then add extra as it comes out of the oven and is warm enough for the jam to mix in.
