Slicing though sugarpaste and marzipan with ease, the clear blue plastic lets you see where you’ve placed it to make sure you’re cutting in the right place. And with a small and a large cutter you can create zig zag strips 2cm and 2.4cm wide and to any length you need. Or you can use it to create an embossed effect on your fondant by just pressing down lightly without cutting all the way through.
