Create a forest of Christmas bakes with this Christmas Tree Cake Mould. Making six mini Christmas tree cakes in three different designs, you can serve them up as part of a festive afternoon tea, treats for a Christmas party, or just because it’s Christmas and you feel like baking!

Easy to decorate with piped icing, fondant or sprinkles to really bring out the magic of them, they make a suitably seasonal alternative to cupcakes. And because the mould is microwave, freezer and oven safe up to 230°C, it’s also great for creating other shaped desserts, such as jellies, chocolate crispy cakes, ice cream, mousses, parfaits and much more.

"Tree shaped ginger cakes"

I made Delia Smith's damp gingerbread and they turned out brilliantly. They absolutely just dropped out of the mould with a little wiggle. I over filled, so will get a better result next time, but the result was great anyway.
