A cake that’s quite literally over-flowing with chocolate icing… our mouths are watering just thinking about it. And rightly so given how good Renshaw’s Milk Chocolate Drip icing looks and tastes drizzled over a cake. With no melting or mixing required, it’s super easy to create a bang on-trend drip cake that’ll look good at any party or occasion.

Ready to use straight from the bottle

Just remove the cap, hold the bottle over your cake and squeeze – it’s that simple. For the best results, cover your cake with fondant icing, frosting or buttercream in advance and place on a turntable.

Hold the bottle over the edge and squeeze at regular intervals as you move your hand round the cake, rotating the turntable as you go. Create different lengths by squeezing out more or less of the icing.

Once all the drips are done, simply cover the top of the cake by starting in the middle and working your way out, then spread with a spatula to get a nice even coating. Top with sprinkles or glitter for added wow-factor, or leave as it is to let the silky-smooth, glossy finish speak for itself. Leave to set for 24 hours to avoid any wobbles or smudges.

It’s made with real chocolate for an authentic taste, without any artificial colours or flavours, so you don’t have to worry about your cake looking great and tasting… not so great.

Great for drizzling too

If you want to finish off frosted cupcakes or iced cookies with drizzled chocolate effects, it’s a perfect quick fix for that too – just move the bottle quickly back and forth over your bakes as you squeeze.
