Roll-Up Cooling Rack – Blue

Very convenient for using on most surface positions. Storage is a dream, rolling up and fitting away in cupboard.

i am using this as a draining rack over a sink or a tray when I sanitize my glass jars for kefir & kombucha making, It means they can air dry opening facing downwards keeping air borne bacteria away form the insides. It will also be great when baking. Does store easily but currently lives by the sink!

I very much liked this item at first, it’s great to just roll it up and store in the smallest space, however when it came to washing it up, I picked it up to dry and the whole thing fell apart and I had to painstakingly put back together all the “spokes” into their slots each side, which took ages, because as I put one back in, another one came back out again. Needless to say it was pretty frustrating and time consuming especially as I was about to take a cake out of the oven and needed to use the rack. If it can be fixed so that it stays complete, then it would be worth buying.
