Lakeland Black Butcher’s Stripe Oven Mitt

This oven mitt is excellent. The construction is of the highest quality as you would expect from Lakeland as they won’t sell products that fall below their exacting standards. I recently found some ‘duck’s bill’ oven mitts on the largest online retailer’s site but after a single use they started to show signs of wear and are now only fit for the recycling bin. Lakeland’s online store is backed up by a nationwide chain of bricks and mortar shops where you can check out the quality of goods should you wish to. I will continue to use Lakeland as my go-to kitchen and household store.

A useful addition to any kitchen. The butcher’s stripe oven glove is suitable for both hands. It is well insulated for lifting hot, but not too heavy items from the oven. And when you’ve finished the handy-hook fits most kitchen hooks.

these gloves look good but are actually very difficult to use. They are too bulky to grip anything. Not a good design in our opinion.

I bought this Oven Mitt last month when shopping in Stirling as I hoped it would be Ideal. Every time I tried to use it, I found it quite dangerous as it was too thick and large and almost caused me to have two accidents. I bought an oven mitt with a thumb on the front from you a couple of years ago and it has been ideal and excellent to use. I would be delighted if you could find another one the same for use.
