The smaller smoother, perfect for controlling those tricky, more intricate areas, has an upright handle to easily grip as you smooth, and attaches onto the back of the larger smoother to work as a handle for both.

Top tip: it’s always a good idea to lightly dust your fondant with cornflour before you use it – this help it glide more easily and prevent the fondant from becoming sticky.
