"Dough whisk"
I first saw this on an American baking channel and it looked useful for mixing bread dough and in fact it's absolutely brilliant. It brings the dough together effortlessly and without getting dough covered hands. It's remarkably strong, I make bread using 2 kg of flour at a time, and it's easy to clean. I rubbed olive oil into the handle before use and I will probably do this regularly, just to preserve the handle. I would definitely recommend.
