What you get

Extra-strong, a little goes a long way – so 5g per 500g of chocolate should be plenty in order to get those nice rich desired colours – the kit comprises five 15g pots of cocoa butter chocolate colourings in the following shades:

Easy to use

Simply open the lid of the pot and put it in the microwave on full power until the contents have completely melted, removing from the microwave at regular intervals and shaking with the lid on to distribute the heat evenly. (Make sure you don’t heat it to more than 40°C.) Alternatively, it can be melted by placing the pot into some warm water. Once the contents have melted, simply brush a little bit into a chocolate mould or onto an acetate sheet, before filling or covering with tempered chocolate and leaving it to set. You can also ‘paint’ it straight onto the surface of set chocolates, or mix it into cocoa butter coatings to create a lovely swirly effect.
