Made from cast aluminium, this durable tin is made to last, meaning your pine forest extravaganza could easily become a long-lasting family tradition – the perfect way to top off a delicious Christmas dinner year after year. The aluminium distributes the heat evenly when in the oven, for a nice consistent bake every time, with no burnt edges or soggy middles. With Nordic Ware’s non-stick coating, you can be sure your cakes will slide out of the tin without any extra help, and with all the intricate details of the pine trees are preserved exactly as they should be.
And if you fancy serving up a firry frozen dessert or fantastic jelly, you can use it to mould those, too.

This tin is simple to use provided you make sure it is properly oiled first. I've made with chocolate or plain mix and if you run white icing over looks like snow. The heavy weight ensures it bakes beautifully and they ARE expensive but I've had mine for many years.
I was really impressed with the quality of this tin, it's very solid and sturdy, it's going to last many years. It comes with recipes and tips on getting the best bake and results. It's an intricate shape so I used a cake release spray and it worked perfectly first time. I used a gingerbread cake recipe and simply dusted lightly with icing sugar. Everyone commented how impressive it looked and tasted. I am looking forward to experimenting with different flavours. Definitely worth the investment for an easy but stunning centrepiece cake.
I've always been a fan of Nordic Ware and when I saw this beautiful pan in store at Lakeland I just had to have it! Nordic Ware pan's are always top quality and are extremely durable (I've had some of my other ones for over 10 years and the non-stick is still as new!) It's a lovely design for Christmas and I can't wait to impress my friends with this wintery Bundt.
Just what I wanted at this time of year. Easy to use and easy to store. It will make a good sized cake for my knit and better group December meeting.
