Founded in Minneapolis at the end of the Second World War by a housewife, Dotty, and her newly demobbed husband, Dave, Nordic Ware began on a shoestring budget with just a handful of high-quality products – all inspired by Scandinavian culinary tradition. Today they’re still owned and run by the same family – three generations working together with a company ethos that’s aimed at creating sturdy, no-nonsense heirloom-quality cookware and bakeware pieces that will be used and valued for years to come.
