"Very easy to use" star star star star star I agree with other reviewers that the recipe booklet does not help but I use my usual recipe and once kneaded, shape half the dough into four mini baguettes and put into the mould to rise. Once risen I put the mould onto a tray and into the oven without knocking back. This seems to work well. I am now just about to purchase another mould for the other half of my dough!
"Easy to use" star star star star star I bought this as I already have the bagel moulds and wanted to make baguettes. Although the English recipe section is in cups and spoons, the Italian page for example shows the measurements in grams. One wouldn't be enough for a family but sufficient for two. I found it easy to use and clean.
"Love this product" star star star star star I use Paul Hollywood baguette recipe, part bake the baguettes and freeze. Then cook in Remoska from frozen. This makes perfect baguettes. Highly recommended. I’m so pleased with it I’ve just ordered 3 more so I can cook 16 baguettes at once.
"Good product" star star star star star I am pleased with this product. I noted from reviews that the given recipe wasn’t good so just used my own recipe. The rolls kept their shape and when cooked easily came out of mould. As other reviewers have said it is best for stability to put the mould on a baking tray. Would buy again. Worth the money.
"USE YOUR OWN RECIPE" star star star star star_border The product is fine but the recipe for the 4 mini-baguettes was never written for a UK buyer. It uses cups, spoons and ml measurements, no F temperatures, I doubt my flour was the right type - I fed my first and only attempt to follow the recipe in the booklet to the birds and I have been making dough in my lovely Panasonic for over 20 years.
