"Bagel Moulds"
Used these for the first time today. Following the recipe was slightly tricky as in cup measurements rather than grams. However after googling measurement conversions they turned out really well. I particularly like the simplicity of plunging them in to boiling water when they are are the mould, they are then simply popped in the oven for 15-20 minutes. You don’t need to be a keen baker to whip up fresh bagels easily, and as they are made from silicone also really easy to wash. Very pleased and highly recommend.
