Generously sized, and oven safe up to 220°C, this sturdy carbon steel tin will comfortably hold a large bird or joint, and the included V-shaped rack is designed so that air can circulate efficiently for better browning and crisping. No roast would be complete without all the trimmings, so there’s plenty of room for your veg, too.

A reliable roaster and rack

As well as being made from heavy-duty carbon steel that’s reassuringly strong, the tin has a premium non-stick coating inside and out, allowing for simple clean-up and easy collection of all those lovely pan juices for making gravy. For convenience after cooking, both pan and roasting rack are dishwasher safe, but we recommend washing the pan by hand to extend the life of your roasting tin set.
