Anyone who’s ever baked cupcakes to sell at a bake sale, or take to a party, knows it can be a bit of a faff winkling them out of their baking tray, lining them up, icing them, transferring them into a tin or carrier so they get there in one piece, and without knocking bits off their neighbours. You don’t get any of that hassle with this set of 3 Disposable Cupcake Baking Trays, which let you bake, transport and serve up to 36 cupcakes so much more easily.

Just pop your mix directly into each case, bake the whole tray, and then remove from the oven to cool. That’s it – they’re ready to transport wherever you want. You can pop them in your cake caddy just as they are, or decorate them with a swirl of buttercream and a pinch of sprinkles first – it’s so much easier when they’re all lined up like this. And once your stall is ready for business, perforated lines make it easy to break off each individual cup, either one or several at a time, making serving so much simpler too.

Sturdily made from parchment paper, they’re free from BPA, PFOA and PTFE and are oven safe up to 220˚C. And they’re freezer safe too, so you could always bake your cupcakes in advance, stash them in the freezer and then take them out to decorate the day before.
