"Poor quality and not fir for purpose"

The twist closure on the lid is very poorly engineered and cocoa powder kept coming out of it. I put the plastic lid on and then it wouldn't come off - I had to literally shoehorn it off with a knife which split it. So the whole thing ended up in the bin. I would like a refund for it.
