Easy to use love the the overcap to keep things fresh

I like this little sugar shaker. It is very compact but does everything I want it to. Including shaking icing sugar over my honey bees to keep them free of verroa mites. A use that not everyone will have thought of, perhaps.

I bought a milk frother to make hot chocolate and lattes and so I bought this sifter to sprinkle cocoa on top of the foam. It is perfect. The holes are just the right size. The top does stay on - there is a locking mechanism on the outside of sifter if you twist the top into place. Very easy to clean and good quality. The plastic cap keeps the contents fresh. I am buying another one for cinnamon and ginger

Great little device. Size perfect for small quantities of different ingredients. Perfect for icing sugar, cinnamon etc as well as for normal flour dusting. Easy to fill the empty. Cleans beautifully. Thoroughly recommended.

This does just about serve its purpose, providing you flick it in the right way to actually get flour to come out of the holes. The major problem is that the upper part doesn't lock or screw onto the base in any way, so there's a constant danger of it coming off and exploding flour across your whole kitchen. The clear plastic lid actually sits more securely, so when you try to remove this you'll end up pulling apart the sifter by accident more times than not. Wouldn't recommend.
