Instantly turning any boring old bake into a brightly striped, travel-themed, much more exciting one, our Hot Air Balloon Silicone Mould easily turns out lovely fondant icing balloons for you to send soaring across the top of celebration cakes or cookies.
Easy to use
Designed for use with firm fondant, modelling paste and marzipan, this silicone mould is a super-simple way to create fantastic cake decorations with very little effort and no specialist or artistic skills. And although the results might be impressively intricate, they’re really easy to achieve. Just dust the mould lightly with cornflour before you begin, then push your paste into place, being careful not to overfill the mould. Once you’ve scraped away any excess, press on the back of the mould and flex to release perfectly shaped designs with incredibly defined detail.
Ideal for modelling paste, chocolate and more
Because it’s made from heat-resistant silicone, this icing mould can also be used with melted chocolate, toffee or sugar – just wait for them to set hard before turning them out.

Super-flexible and non-stick, it will release its contents easily, giving you wonderful definition with all the different, delicate details perfectly preserved.
