"Impossible to use"

If I could give no stars I would. These cutters were impossible to use. There is no way of getting the dinosaur heads out of the cutter intact and we had to resort to only half cutting the icing and then doing the rest of the work by hand ourselves. 2 of the cutters could not be used at all. The box shows them standing up but the cutters don’t give a dinosaur which is thick enough. Very disappointing, and not something I wanted to come up against the evening before my 5 year old grand daughters’s birthday party. I would write more but your website won’t let me.
