Each grey and white tool has been carefully designed to be easy to use and easy to clean, and everything stores neatly inside the basket when not in use. The kit even gives you access to a free digital recipe book with step-by-step instructions so you can start baking artisan loaves straight away.
What’s included?
- Banneton proving basket – This stylish plastic basket is easy to clean and lets you create long, family-sized loaves with a distinctive ribbed design.
- Cotton basket liner – This washable cotton liner can be used in the proving basket when working with extra-sticky dough.
- Danish dough whisk – Made from one piece of steel that runs the length of the handle, so it won’t bend or rust, the triple-looped design prevents clumping when mixing ingredients.
- SmartScraper – This rubber-edged dough scraper features one curved side and one straight one, making it easy to scrape dough out of bowls, as well as scraping dough off worktops. It’s ideal for folding and dividing dough, and the straight side has ruler markings so you can measure dough as it proves.
- Dual-ended lame – Designed for scoring loaves so you can ensure the perfect rise, the dual-ended design allows you to score with a straight blade or a curved one.
Comes with 10 blades, with numbered corners so you can keep track of which corners are no longer sharp.
Please note: all of the tools are dishwasher safe, except for the lame blades and cotton liner which should be washed by hand.
