Made from heavy-duty 1mm thick carbon steel, it has a double layer of Quantum 2 professional non-stick so nothing gets left behind, is oven safe up to 240°C and, because it has no rolled edges where water can get trapped and cause rust damage, it can go in the dishwasher for easy clean-up.

Offering superb heat distribution so your puddings will be fluffy on the inside with a crisp, golden crust and the generous handles with sure-grip silicone inserts mean getting it to and from the oven will be no bother.

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust .

We created this 10m roll for keen cooks with small families, novice cooks starting out, or ideal kit for a summer of getaway weekends in your van. At 30cm wide, it’s generous enough to line most oven trays and to cover a full-size dinner plate.

Modelled on our original fat separating jug, this version of our Gravy Skimmer Jug is made from robust Tritan, which can resist a higher heat than the previous model. And we’ve listened to the other customer concern too, and added a strainer lid to stop lumps getting into your gravy and keep the spout flowing freely.

Graduated on the side up to 500ml and 2 cups, the Tritan body can withstand temperatures up to 150°C, while the polypropylene strainer lid is heat-resistant up to 120°C.. 9.5cm H.
