The BPA-free basket is also great for using as a bread basket for serving up home-made bread and rolls.

Surprisingly small but well made all the same. Only just accommodates a 500g (flour weight) sourdough of 70% hydration, but proving in this definitely adds quality to your loaf.
I received the basket and it looks okay. There are however some splinters coming away which i have torn off. I hope that this does not effect its performance.
