Made to support pieces made with the Katy Sue Designs Silicone Moulds, just use a few drops of edible glue or icing to attach your edible icing shapes.

Create your own edible Christmas wreath

You don’t have to be an expert at cake art to create a dramatic effect like the gorgeous, vertical cake topper that our team have made. There’s a range of flexible silicone moulds from Katy Sue Designs to choose from – foliage, flowers, presents, pine cones and more – if you don’t feel brave enough to make and mould your own. Just press in your chosen colour of icing or pour in melted chocolate, toffee or sugar and wait for the shapes to set before turning them out, so you can mix and match the flavours of your edible art to your heart’s content.

And, of course, with pre-coloured fondant icing and our range of icing cutters and modelling tools you can cut out, emboss and customise your own foliage and flowers without using moulds – just wait for the pieces to set hard before you think about attaching them to the hoop.

Serving suggestion: sprinkle your cake with icing sugar just before serving for a properly Christmassy touch, or brush the icing shapes with edible shimmer for a longer-lasting effect.
