Milk, white or dark?

Or all of them! The beauty of making your own is you can have control over the quality, as well as the flavour, of chocolate used. Simply melt your favourite chocolate, fill each of the moulds and wait for the chocolate to set before wrapping. You can even decorate them with piped icing or contrasting chocolate, or cover them with ground nuts or gold shimmer.
