Some oven gloves just aren’t up to the job, are they? Especially when dishes are hotter than usual and you can feel the gloves getting a bit warmer than you’d like before you’ve got to where you need to get to. That’s not the case with these triple-layer Heat Shield Gauntlets. They’ll protect you from heat up to a scorching 350°C, so you can even use them outside when you’re barbecuing or firing up your pizza oven.
Knitted in soft, flexible Meta-Aramid, the same material used to protect firefighters from intense heat, these gauntlets have silicone pads on the fingers and palms (on both sides) to help you grip, and the long cuffs give you extra protection from the hot oven sides and shelves.
With a cotton and polyester lining for extra comfort, and a hook for hanging them up.
Machine washable.

A really useful pair of gloves to protect hands and arms from the heat of the oven. I bought these with my husband in mind. He often catches his wrist or forearms on hot oven shelves when getting things in and out of the oven. Now he's protected!
"Easier than oven mitts"

The flexible fabric makes picking up baking trays and cake tins out of the oven much easier than using oven mitts. They are quite big though as one size fits all and I have little hands and was a little disappointed to find out that I could only wash them 10 times. Still because they are easier to wear and use, there will be less chance of them getting dirty so hopefully won't need to be washed that often. Overall a good product

Don't do a great job of stopping heat from getting through to your hands; you can only hold a hot baking tray for a couple of seconds before being burned.
