Want to top cupcakes and decorate cakes with beautiful buttercream blooms? It’s easy to create a garden of soft-petalled flowers and floral pompoms in different shapes and sizes with the seven icing nozzles in our Twist Piping Nozzle Set.

What you get in the set

• Reusable piping bag
• 3 straight-edged nozzles – with narrow, medium and wide slots, they produce flowers with plain-edged petals, the narrower the slot, the more frilly the effect.
• 3 ruffle-edged nozzles – with narrow, medium and wide slots to create ruffled flowers.
• S-shaped nozzle – with curving slots to create more overlapping ‘petals’.

Easy to use, effortless results

• 1. Select your chosen nozzle and place it into the icing bag, cut to size, then fill the bag with icing, thick buttercream, or stiffly whipped cream.
• 2. Place the tip of the nozzle into the centre of your cupcake or the middle of where you want the flower to be. Hold the bag completely vertical, and squeeze it while you twist your wrist back and forth. If you want your flower to be taller, you’ll need to lift the nozzle off the cake for the last few seconds of piping.
• 3. When the flower is the size you want, lift the nozzle away and finish the heart of the flower with edible sprinkles or a jelly sweet.
