Sometimes celebration cakes are all the more stunning for being simply decorated, and our Cherry Blossom Icing Mould helps finish off a fondant-covered cake with a cherry tree branch and delicate, beautifully detailed blossoms. It’s perfect for Mother’s Day and birthday cakes when you want a more sophisticated look, and it’s fantastic for Japanese-themed bakes too.

Ideal for modelling paste, chocolate and more

Designed for use with firm fondant, modelling paste and marzipan, this silicone mould is an incredibly easy way to create fantastic cake decorations with very little effort and no specialist skills. Just dust the mould lightly with cornflour before you begin, then push your paste into place, being careful not to overfill the mould. Once you’ve scraped away any excess, press on the back of the mould and flex to gently release.

Releases easily for perfectly preserved detail

Super-flexible and non-stick, the mould will release your decorations easily once they’ve set, giving you wonderful definition with all the delicate detail intact, from the pattern of bark on the branch to the beautifully shaped flower petals.

Go hot and cold

Because it’s made from heat-resistant silicone, this mould can also be used with melted chocolate, Candy Buttons, toffee or sugar – just wait for them to set hard before turning them out.
