There isn’t much that can beat the taste of a good old-fashioned steamed sponge pudding, and with the help of these pudding basins – with securely fitting lids to ensure non-soggy puds – you can easily steam all sorts of sweet and savoury dishes… Christmas pudding, treacle sponges and sticky toffee puddings, gravy-rich steak and kidney puds, just to give you a few taste bud-tempting ideas.
Made from hard-wearing polypropylene, these handy pudding basins can be used in a pan, pressure cooker or your microwave (they’re good for heating up portions of veg too), and can also go in the fridge to chill desserts like chocolate mousse.
Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning, they also nest together for compact storage.

I have not stopped using these pudding basins since I received them. They are just the right size for two people. I make a pudding in them and pop them into the microwave and I have a cooked pudding withing three minutes. Wonderful.
