(Or two, out of icing.)][Creating one taller and one smaller smiley gingerbread men, JEM’s Holly & Berries Gingerbread Man Moulds give you near-instant icing decorations for any fairy-tale themed or Christmassy bakes – and with beautiful embossed detail from tufty topknot to cheeky chappy grin to traditional buttons.

Effortless results

Just slot the base of the mould into one of the holes on the foam Pop It Pad (sold separately) to hold it steady, press your chosen sugarpaste or firm fondant icing firmly into place, then roll over the top with a rolling pin to create a flat bottom to your decoration and cut off any excess icing. Gently remove your gingerbread men from their moulds – the internal detail lets you add differently-coloured features – and they’re ready to sit prettily atop or around a fairy-tale bake, Halloween or Christmas cake, Yule log or festive spiced biscuits.
