Creating a three leaf sprig and a cluster of berries, JEM’s Holly & Berries Pop It Moulds give you near-instant icing decorations for your Christmassy bakes – and with beautiful detail that makes the end results look just like (but is much tastier!) than the real thing.

Effortless results

Just slot the base of the mould into one of the holes on the foam Pop It Pad (sold separately) to hold it steady, press your chosen sugarpaste or firm fondant icing firmly into place, then roll over the top with a rolling pin to create a flat bottom to your decoration and cut off any excess icing. Gently remove your leaves or berries from the mould – the internal detail creates a lovely debossed effect – and they’re ready to sit prettily atop a Christmas cake, Yule log or festive spiced biscuits.
