Made from non-stick, flexible silicone and divided into six segments that create a full snowflake when joined together, this fabulous mould produces a beautifully shaped dessert that’s easy to decorate with melted chocolate, edible glitter, icing sugar or edible spray paint. Simply fill each segment to the brim and level off, chill or freeze until set, then pop out each portion and assemble in the shape of a snowflake. It also comes with a matching plastic cookie cutter, so it’s perfect for building layered puds too – use the cutter to make a biscuit base and then top with ice cream that’s been shaped in the silicone mould. You don’t have to stop there… this set is also fantastic for making other stunning desserts, such as a snowflake-shaped cheesecake, jelly, panna cotta, set mousse or semifreddo.
