The anodised finish gives fantastic food release for easy clean-up, and also ensures this tin won’t corrode, blister or peel. There’s no coating inside to damage or scratch, and over time it will build up a patina that enhances its natural non-stick properties. And when it comes to the end of its long life, it’s fully recyclable too.
