Drenched in olive oil, sprinkled with salt and flavoured with rosemary… focaccia is a real crowd-pleaser, and perfect for sharing. An easy-to-make loaf (even if it’s your first foray into bread making), it’s made even better by being baked in Silikomart’s Focaccia Bread Silicone Mould that has hundreds of little perforations that ensure steam escapes so your home-baked Italian loaf is light and soft with a wonderfully crisp base.

Flexible non-stick silicone mould

Made from naturally non-stick, platinum-grade silicone, the mould is incredibly flexible to help your loaf pop out easily when it’s baked with just a simple twist – you don’t even need to grease it before you add your dough.

Vents allow moisture to escape

Lots of little vents allow air to circulate and steam to escape, so the mould turns out bread with a beautifully crisp base and not a soggy bottom in sight. The perforated pattern bakes into the bread too, which gives it proper home-made appeal. This mould was tested by our Buyer Veronica’s in-house bread maker extraordinaire (who also happens to work at Lakeland and has been our go-to bread tester for a good few years)… and he thoroughly approved!

Included is a fuss-free focaccia recipe that comes together in minutes and is the perfect blank canvas for all your favourite flavourings. Olives and sun-dried tomatoes work brilliantly when you’re serving it with antipasto dishes, but as the dough is so similar to pizza, the crisp-crusted bread made in this mould makes a wonderful base for onions, garlic, tomato, basil and heaps of mozzarella.

Oven safe to 230°C.
