Silikomart 4-Hole Silicone Mini Baguette Bread Mould

Just like the ones found in takeaway sandwich shops, the little baguettes baked in this vented Mini Baguette Silicone Mould will be perfectly golden and crisp, ready to be loaded up with all your favourite fillings.

Flexible non-stick silicone

Made from naturally non-stick, platinum-grade silicone, the mould is incredibly flexible to help your rolls pop out easily when they’re baked with just a simple twist – you don’t even need to grease it before you add your dough.

With perforations for a crisp crust

The wells are designed with lots of little vents which allow air to circulate and steam to escape, so the mould turns out bakes with beautifully crisp bases and not a soggy bottom in sight. The perforated pattern bakes into the bread too, which gives it proper home-made appeal. The moulds were tested by our Buyer Veronica’s in-house bread maker extraordinaire (who also happens to work at Lakeland and has been our go-to bread tester for a good few years)… and he thoroughly approved!

Eat in or take away?

Follow the included recipe for buckwheat baguettes with sesame seeds and, as your bread rolls bake, all of the little perforations in the silicone wells will ensure that any moisture is released, so what you end up with is a quartet of deliciously crisp sub rolls. Whether you eat at home or take it to go, it’ll taste all the better for being made with bread you baked yourself.
