Innovative silicone design

Made from robust silicone, this is an excellent bit of kit for any aspiring or professional baker. The design allows you to create a 3D lemon shape as the ingenious inner lip in each mould makes your dessert curve inwards at the base, so, rather than being left with half a lemon, you are left with what looks like a whole fruit on a plate, with a small flat base to keep your sweet steady. Plus, due to the incredible non-stick properties of the silicone, you don’t need to grease the mould beforehand, making for slightly healthier baking while guaranteeing your creations release with ease.

Versatile
