Solidly made from stainless steel with an aluminium tilting head, it has a powerful but quiet 10-speed, direct drive motor that can handle larger batches and heavier mixing tasks just as easily as lighter, smaller jobs – the patented ‘planetary’ mixing action means that your ingredients are mixed quickly and thoroughly every time.

Simple, intuitive controls help make it suitable for novice and accomplished cooks alike and its single attachment hub makes adding the optional accessories straightforward.

• Two stainless steel bowls – one with an ergonomic handle and 4.8 litre capacity and a smaller, 3 litre one – plus a detachable one-piece pouring shield made from transparent Lexan, which acts as a feed chute and cover so you can add ingredients through it while mixing without any accidental splashing.
• Stainless steel 6-wire whisk with aluminium head for gently folding air into eggs and egg whites, whipping light, fluffy cream and making dips and sauces.
• Aluminium dough hook with non-stick nylon coating for mixing and kneading the perfect yeast dough for bread, pizza and pasta.
• Aluminium Artisan flat beater with non-stick nylon coating for heavier mixing tasks such as making cakes, frostings or even mashing potatoes.
• Flex-edge beater made from coated metal with a silicone edge to scrape the bowl as it mixes, meaning less cleaning up at the end.
• Bowls, dough hook, Artisan flat beater and flex edge beater are all dishwasher safe.
