You can add and weigh all of your ingredients in the generously sized 500g transparent container, keeping them securely in place, before turning the dial when you’re ready for your ingredients to be sifted and added directly into your mixing bowl – there’s no need to lift the head mid-task.

Precision scale

With excellent precision, the easy-to-use, integrated scale allows you to accurately measure your ingredients. And it’s perfect for when you need to add multiple ingredients – its add-and-weigh function means you can reset the scale to zero each time you add another one. The scale can also be removed and used on the counter as a standard kitchen scale by adding the included scale plate – ideal for weighing bulkier items like butter – and its large LED display control panel ensures measurements are easy to read.

Swivelling chute

The handy chute at the bottom of the attachment slowly funnels ingredients directly into your KitchenAid mixer bowl while the mixer is running, giving you the best possible results.
