5 "Incredible" Miss Reilly 13 November 2020 I bought this two years ago and it literally works like it does the day I bought it. It cleans a dream, and the settings are convenient. It looks nice in the kitchen. It’s a little loud depending on the food you put in. But honestly it’s better than the Ninja I had prior.
3 "Not perfect" 28 January 2020 I spent £750 on my Vitamix with attachments and I expected perfection at that price. What I got was a very good blender but one that was extremely noisy, very difficult to get food out of it (unless the food was pourable) because of the narrow base and the blades (made great peanut butter but left most of it behind!) and the plunger that comes with it for scraping down the sides is next to useless. Overall I found it to be style over substance and I returned it for a full refund. A note from the team Thank you for your review. We sorry to hear this didn't meet your expectations and we're pleased we were able to put things right for you. We'd recommend for making smaller quantities like nut butter, dips, sauces ect using the smaller blending cup accessories.
5 "Expensive but worth it" Mrs Lofts 17 February 2019 I had been trying to decide between buying a Vitamix or another make and finally after talking to several people settled on the Vitamix. It is more than a high powered blender, although it lacks a heating element, I did make soup according to the instructions and after 7 minutes had a hot soup that didnt need reheating. Great for purees too. Not for everyone, you have to be a serious cook to invest in one of these but I have no regrets.
