The Perfect Cold Brew

For the perfect cold brew, just add coarse coffee grounds and water to the stainless steel steeper… and then leave for 12-24 hours for the magic to happen! Fill level indicators on the inside of the steeper make it easy to change or customise the strength of your brew, and its ultra-fine mesh ensures that none of the grounds escape. Once the brew time’s up, simply remove the lid and lift out the steeper, and your coffee concentrate is ready to store in the glass carafe and dispense using the stainless steel tap.

Store and Pour

The best place to store your coffee once it’s brewed is in the fridge, which is where the streamlined, compact design comes in. The whole unit fits comfortably onto a shelf, and the subtly branded aluminium carry handle folds down for easier storage too. And so you don’t have to take your coffee out of the fridge even if you just want to use a little, the built-in stainless steel tap lets you serve shots straight into your espresso cup or latte glass – just twist the top of the tap to serve.

Versatile

About Cold Brew Coffee

Cold brewing works by steeping coarse coffee grounds in cold water for up to 24 hours before filtering, producing a coffee ‘concentrate’ that stays fresh in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – just microwave or add hot water or milk, to your preference, whenever you fancy a brew. There’s no heating or electricity required, just time… and a little bit of patience. The cold brew process extracts much less acid from the bean than brewing with hot water, producing a delicious, low-acidity drink which is naturally slightly sweet – perfect if you find the taste of ‘normal’ coffee just too bitter – and brings subtle flavours to the fore. Nutty Brazilian, caramel-tinged Colombian, smoky Sumatran, tartly tropical Kenyan: if you’re a fan of flavour, cold brew is for you.
