Smoking Chips for Cold Food Smokers 4 x 250ml

Add smoky flavour to all your food by using these specially infused wood chips. Ideal for smoking meat, fish or vegetables, they have been ground to the perfect consistency for smoking (they smoulder slowly and gently) and are ideal for use with Sage The Smoking Gun. Can also be used on the barbecue – just sprinkle them onto the coals either just before or towards the end of cooking.
Cherry
Smooth, rich, sweet and fruity, cherry wood smoke is ideal for duck and vegetables as well as other meats, and can be blended with oak chips to make mouth-watering smoked turkey.
Oak
Great for all red meats, game and pork, oak smoking produces a heavy flavour that’s also ideal with sausages.
Hickory
With its strong bacon-like flavour, hickory is the perfect smoke for ribs, pork or beef brisket, gammon or chicken.
Mesquite
With a clean, sharp, tangy flavour and almost bitter finish, these mesquite chips will add a bold smoky touch to all sorts of food.
