CRUX know that the temperature at which you brew your tea and coffee matters. That’s why their gorgeous stainless steel Precision Touch Kettle lets you select precisely the temperature you need.

Precise Temperature Control

The digital touch bar lets you select temperatures anywhere from 80 to 100˚C, so you can heat water to the optimal temperature for speciality teas and coffee, and it couldn’t be simpler to cue your brew: just press the bar to select and click the button to start.

Water that’s too hot can scald delicate leaves and create a bitter taste; not hot enough and it won’t bring out the full flavour. This clever kettle lets you choose exactly the right temperature to suit your blend – 80˚C for green, 85˚ for white, 90˚ for oolong and 100˚ for black. And if you’re making decaf coffee, instant or fancy a cafetière, select 95˚ to get the taste just right.

30-minute Keep-warm Function

Heating up quickly thanks to its 3kW concealed element, it beeps to alert you once it’s reached the desired temperature. And, if you’re not quite ready to pour, the keep warm function will keep it that hot for up to half an hour.
