Designed by Sage, the Scraper Mixer is a stand mixer packed with smart features to ease some of the frustrations experienced by home cooks. With a planetary mixing action like that of stand mixers used in commercial kitchens, and 360° beater-to-bowl coverage, the Scraper Mixer thoroughly mixes all of your ingredients every time.

Planetary Mixing Action

Like stand mixers used in professional kitchens, the Scraper Mixer features a planetary mixing action. This means the mixer head rotates in a counter-clockwise direction, while the beater sweeps clockwise. Combined with the dual scraper fins on the beater attachment, the Scraper Mixer not only ensures ingredients are mixed thoroughly, but also helps mix those bits in hard to reach spots up the side of the bowl, giving you maximum coverage.

Fast and Efficient

Reducing the time it takes to combine and blend ingredients by 60%, the Scraper Mixer works up to three times more efficiently than ‘ordinary’ ones, so it traps more air for lighter, fluffier, bakery-quality results. With a high-torque, 800W motor, and 6 electronically controlled speed options to choose from, the mixer can tackle both an ultra-slow knead right up to a tougher, thicker mixture.

Strong and Sturdy

With a solid die-cast metal body, the Scraper Mixer is robust and durable. It features 100% metal gearing to help guarantee a long life. It’s sturdy head-locking mechanism also helps ensure that the Scraper Mixer will last for years to come. It also comes with a glass mixing bowl, which is both strong and functional, allowing you to see how your mixtures are doing and prevent over-whipping. With a useful handle, the bowl has a working capacity of 3L, meaning there is plenty of space for however many cakes you’re baking.

Multiple Attachments

The Scraper Mixer comes a double flex beater, which is faster than most stand mixer beaters. The flexible edges of this beater clean the sides and base of the bowl, and also includes a contoured dimple at the bottom, to perfectly fit the shape of the bowl, so you’ll never see ingredients stuck to the sides again. It’s perfect for creaming butter and sugar, mixing sticky ingredients and gently folding egg whites into a cake mix. You can even use the beater blades to scrape the mixture from the mixing bowl into your baking tin.

Also included are a stainless steel balloon whisk for aerating mixtures, a stainless steel dough hook, mixing and kneading yeast doughs for breads, doughnuts, bagels and sweet buns, and a spatula, for scraping every last drop of the mixture out of the bowl.
