Index Chopping Boards Set with Knives
Designed by Joseph Joseph to help prevent cross-contamination, each of these four non-slip chopping boards inside the sleek upright caddy is colour-coded with an illustrated, soft-grip tab to create an ‘index’ of chopping tasks. And this set of knife-friendly, food preparation boards comes complete with a set of knives that are also colour-coded to ensure you get the right one for the task every time.
Green for veg
Flat one side, with a raised edge on the other to ensure that any juices stay on the cutting surface, the board for chopping fruit and vegetables goes with the 3½" paring knife.
Blue for fish
Cleverly, this chopping board for fish preparation has a gently spiked strip on one side to help hold onto fish while you fillet it and there’s a 5" fish knife to match.
Red for meat
With a groove around the edge of one side to catch meat juices, the meat preparation chopping board is colour-matched to the 7" cook’s knife.
White for cooked meats
Perfect for chopping up chorizo or any other cooked meat this board is ridged on one side to stop your sausages rolling around and accompanied by a 6½" all-purpose knife.
All the boards are BPA-free and dishwasher safe.
