Sage have turned their attention to small countertop ovens with impressive results. Simple to use and packed with smart features, the Smart Oven Pro from Sage is a multi-talented compact convection oven that fits on your worktop.
Simple One-Touch Cooking
With 10 pre-set functions for baking, roasting, toasting, pizzas, cookies, and slow-cooking, the Smart Oven Pro is incredibly simple to use. Just push the appropriate button and the Smart Oven will adjust the settings accordingly. The ‘Slow Cook’ function even automatically switches to the ‘Keep Warm’ keeping food warm for up to 2 hours once the timed slow cook has finished, so it’s ready just when you need it. There are also functions for frozen food, to make sure everything defrosts fully before you start cooking, and reheating, ensuring the correct settings to reheat food without burning it.
If you don’t want to use the pre-installed settings, using the simple dial controls and LED display on the front of the machine lets you control the settings manually. This lets you use the Smart Oven Pro like a more traditional oven, but with the same small footprint.
On the inside, the Smart Oven Pro by Sage features a bright interior light so you can clearly see the state of your food. It’s non-stick coating ensures it is quick and easy to clean, while the crumb/drip tray is pulls out fully, letting you get every last crumb off easily.
Element IQ Technology
Sage have made cooking in the Smart Oven Pro more efficient and even with Element IQ Technology. Five independent, quartz heating elements move power around the oven to where it is most needed. Each element adjusts itself automatically for the setting you choose, delivering the right temperature at the right time to ensure perfect results.
Optional Convection
There is an integrated fan which circulates hot air around the oven, speeding up the cooking process by whisking cold air away from your food.
Versatile Accessories
The Smart Oven Pro comes with a non-stick 30cm pizza pan and a 28 x 33.5cm enamel tin with grilling rack and wire roasting rack, and its 21L capacity is more than big enough for a 12” pizza or a whole chicken.

I had the older version of this oven but used it so much for quite a few years that I just wore it out. This new one is just as good if not better. I only use my large oven for bigger items like a roast or turkey but I have used this oven for everything from pizza to pies. I love this oven and I truly do use it every single day.
I bought this oven as it was on offer to replace another which had seen better days. I am so very pleased to own this one. It heats up quickly and cooks efficiently. I haven't used yet for baking from scratch but anticipate good results. I use it more than I expected and I hope it saves energy by not heating up my main oven
Bought this oven to save having to put the big oven on for one person, everything has turned out very well, can recommend it.
I bought this oven to save me having to put my regular (large) cooker oven on when I want to cook something small, like a pie. The Sage oven sits nicely on the worktop (I keep a piece of wood underneath it to protect the worktop). It is easy to use and works very well. I have used it several times now and wonder why it took me so long to purchase it. Would definitely recommend it.
I wanted a small, counter-top oven to use in addition as well as an alternative to my main oven, which is huge (part of a 6 gas hob cooker). Using the main oven for one dish or quick snacks is not economical and also an inconvenience - the Sage Smart Oven fills that gap spectacularly. Yes, it's pricey for an appliance the size of a microwave but it's such a clever product and multi-functional. Since I bought it, I have used it every day for various things. I've toasted bread in it (better than a toaster), grilled cheese on toast, heated up spring rolls, baked a cake...it does it all. Love it!
