"Worth the money" star star star star star I had thought about this long and hard as already had a hand pasta machine. But this is a game changer. It is so quick and easy to use and my pasta is brilliant. Just make sure you don’t wash it! As I think things could go very wrong. I use the brush to clean afterwards and make sure I use plenty of semolina flour to dust my pasta with and have no sticking and very light thin pasta. Always get compliments on it, and only takes a couple of minutes to cook.

"Useful attachment for your kitchenaid" star star star star star_border Bought because I have a shoulder problem so didn’t want a hand crank pasta machine. Simple to use with good results - having both hands free to handle pasta makes it much easier. First goes with fettuccine and spaghetti attachments got into a bit of clumped up mess. You do need to use plenty of flour when handling to stop things sticking together. It will take time to get feel for how to adjust liquid levels when adding wet ingredients for flavoured pastas eg spinach, tomato so expect some trial and error. Fresh pasta will now be a regular feature on the menu.
"Kitchenaid Pasta set" star star star star_border star_border Sometimes difficult to properly engage First time use of the cutters, resulted in a complete mess, with the cutters totally clogged. There is a warning that you must not wash the cutters or rollers in water. Painfully you have to let the pasta dry hard and then pick out the dried pasta with a tooth pick. Run the rollers on power to remove excess dried pasta. Frankly this a pain, but it was my first try and hopefully I get it right next time. For the money(£155) it would be better if the cutters were removable and washable if nothing more from purely a hygienic perspective. support_agent A note from the team Thank you for placing your review.
